- Battalion focuses on discipleship and leadership development. Christian men build personal relationships with teen guys and train them to be effective Christian leaders. These 12- to 18-year-old young men experience peer group leadership through weekly meetings, service projects and outings. As Christian men, Battalion leaders are trying to: Guide young men to the Lord; Guide young men to the Word of God; Guide young men to Christian maturity; Guide young men to the local church.
